Either an EAC or PEAC which is eligible to be subjected to the Tokenization Process and registered on the Capturiant Registry as determined by Capturiant, and which has been assigned by Capturiant a Serial Number, an Expiration Date, and a Unit Type. An Asset may be assigned Buffer Status in accordance with the Program Requirements, or Dispute Status in accordance with these Terms of Service.
